The circus setting in this is great, as is the writing, and I loved all of the side characters (hi, Timo, love of my life). My cousin should’ve told me that being best friends with Baylee Wright - since she was twelve - would be the best and worst decision of my life. Because he followed with, “friends don’t f*ck friends. “Don’t have a best friend that’s a girl” - this was the advice from my older cousin. And Krista and Becca are so so so freaking good at creating fun, amazing, and well-developed characters that now I want to read more books about the Kotova siblings and Thora, John, and Camila. Krista and Becca Ritchie have done it again!Įverything about this is just so wonderful! From the complex characters to the developed story and sweet romance to the circus setting… just, everything is a delight.
